Team Members and Permissions

Encharge is the only marketing automation platform on the market that allows you to invite unlimited team members at no additional costs on all of its plans.

To invite and manage team members, go to the Team Members page at https://app.encharge.io/settings/team.

You will see a list of all of the currently invited team members:

Account owners will be marked. Account owners have full access to the account, including the permission to invite new team members. Note that you can't remove or change the permissions of account owners.

Invite a new team member

To invite a new team member click on the blue plus sign at the bottom left. Note that only Account owners can invite team members

You will be asked to enter their name, email, and select the permissions. Then, click the Invite button.

The invited team member will receive an invitation email with instructions to log into their account (if they already have an account) or set up their Encharge account.

Switch between multiple accounts

If a person is invited to more than one Encharge account, they'd be able to switch between accounts by clicking on their profile picture and then selecting the account name:

Team member permissions

Encharge allows you to take full control of what pages and features your team members have access to. When inviting a new team member you can select over 17 different permissions. Below is a list of all of the available permission levels and what access they give to new team members.

Account

  • Change Account Data – Team member can change account settings
  • Connect Apps – Team member can connect new apps and change settings on already connected apps.
  • View Team – Team member can view other team members and their details (including permissions). Note that currently, only Account owners can invite new team members.

Billing

  • View Billing – Team member can see billing details.
  • Change Billing – Team member can upgrade, downgrade and cancel account. Depends on "View Billing".

Emails

  • View Emails – Team member can view existing emails.
  • Change Emails – Team member can create new emails and edit existing ones. Depends on "View Emails".
  • View Broadcasts – Team member can view existing broadcasts. Depends on "View Emails".
  • Change Broadcasts – Team member can send new broadcasts, and modify/cancel existing ones. Depends on "View Broadcasts", "View Emails".
  • View Metrics – Team member can view email engagement and other metrics.
  • Change Email Settings – Team member can verify emails/domains for sending, and change other email settings.

Flows

  • View Flows – Team member can view existing flows.Depends on"View Emails".
  • Change Flows – Team member can create new flows, and modify existing ones.Depends on"View Flows", "View Emails".

People

  • View People – Team member can see people in account.
  • Change People – Team member can create, modify and delete people.Depends on"View People".
  • Export People – Team member can create, modify and delete people.Depends on"View People".
  • Change Custom Fields – Team member can create, modify and delete Custom Fields.
