Connect Intercom to Encharge
Connecting Intercom to Encharge is really easy. Log into your Encharge account and follow the steps below:
- Go to your apps, click on the Intercom logo, then on the "Connect" button. This opens the Intercom authorization dialog.
- Click "Authorize" to allow Encharge to access your Intercom workspace. If you manage multiple Intercom workspaces, choose the appropriate one.
- (Optional) Default User and Lead properties from Intercom are automatically mapped to Encharge fields. If you want to map Intercom custom fields to Encharge, you can do so in the "Map Fields" dialog that appears.
