# Facebook Ads Integration Overview

With this integration, you can add contacts to your Encharge account and trigger automation with leads captured from Facebook Ads.

Note: Make sure to reconnect the integration if it was connected prior to 21st October 2024 as new permissions need to be granted.

# How to connect Facebook Ads

In your Encharge account, go to Settings, then Apps.

Click on Facebook and connect using your Facebook account

#### 1. Choose Facebook Account

You'll be prompted to Select a Facebook account. If not the right account, make sure you login to the correct Facebook Ad account. Once ready, click "Continue as..."

#### 2. Choose Facebook businesses

You can choose to give Encharge access to all your Facebook businesses or a specific business only. Once ready with your selection click "Continue.

#### 3. Choose Facebook pages.

You can choose to give access to all your Business pages or to specific ones only. Once you made your selection, click "Continue"

#### 4. Review Permissions

Make sure you review all permissions and click "Save" when ready to finalize the integration.

# Using the Facebook Ads integration

There are three steps you can use in Encharge flows with the Facebook Ads integration:

* [Facebook Lead Ad Submitted trigger step](//help.encharge.io/article/475-trigger-facebook-lead-ad-submitted) - This trigger will add people to your account and to a flow when a new lead is captured by Facebook Ads.
* [Add to Facebook Audience action step](//help.encharge.io/article/188-action-add-to-facebook-audience) - This action adds a person to a Facebook Ads Audience.
* [Remove from Facebook Audience action step](//help.encharge.io/article/189-action-remove-from-facebook-audience) - This action removes a person from one of your Facebook audiences.
