# Flow Templates

Get results with proven marketing automation templates

Encharge has ready-made flow templates for each stage of your customer lifecycle. From leads to brand advocates, use one of the proven templates with a single click.

When creating a new flow in Encharge, you will be asked to Start blank or choose one of the predefined marketing automation templates.

Templates come with:

* Pre-populated steps
* Best-practice pre-written emails. Note, that when you select to start with a template, the emails from the template will be added to the rest of your emails on the Emails page.
* A thorough video explaining how the template works.
