# Test Emails End Up in Spam or Display a Warning

You might have received an Encharge test email in your Spam folder along with a warning message similar to the one below:

When your test emails land in Spam, usually it's due to one of the following reasons:

# The sender and the recipient have the same email address

To fix this send test emails to another email address or [set up email authentication](//help.encharge.io/article/113-add-an-email-domain).

To send a test email to another email address click on the arrow next to the "Send test" button, then click on "Send test to":

You will be prompted to enter one or more email addresses. You can enter up to 10 email addresses separated by commas:

# The domain you are sending from does not allow unauthorized email

You can fix this by setting up email authentication. To learn how to set up email authentication [read the article on the topic](//help.encharge.io/article/113-add-an-email-domain).
