ThriveCart Integration Overview

Overview:

ThriveCart is a checkout and cart platform designed to help businesses sell digital products, subscriptions, and services through high-converting checkout pages. When integrated with Encharge, ThriveCart can automatically send purchase and subscription events into your email marketing system, allowing you to trigger personalized email automations, segment customers, and manage post-purchase communication based on real buying behavior.


How to connect ThriveCart?

The first thing you'll need to do is open your ThriveCart account, then press on your profile icon (top-right) > "Settings".

Once the page loads up, select "API & webhooks", followed by "View settings" for API Keys.

There, you'll have to create an API Key using the button "Create an API Key".



Once you have created and copied your API Key, open your Encharge account and go Settings > Apps > ThriveCart.

Paste your API Key and press "Connect to ThriveCart".





Sync Health

In your Encharge account, go to Settings > Data Sync.


On this page, you'll be able to see the current Sync status and the total number of Customers in sync.


ThriveCart Automation Triggers


Once the integration is live, you'll have access to 2 separate triggers: New ThriveCart Order and New ThriveCart Purchase.


Both triggers can be found on the left panel inside a flow.
