WooCommerce Integration Overview

How to connect WooCommerce

To connect WooCommerce, you'll need to create a Consumer Key and Secret. To do that, head over to your Wordpress Admin portal.

Log in to your store’s admin interface
Go to Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API
Click Add Key and follow the instructions to generate a new key. Use this key for Encharge only
Give the key a descriptive name so it’s easy to remember that it’s used by Encharge (“e.g. Encharge Integration”)
Set the permissions to Read/Write
Copy the newly generated consumer key and consumer secret

You will paste these keys on the WooCommerce Integrations page in your Encharge account.

In your Encharge account, go to Settings, then Apps.

Click on WooCommerce and paste your website link and the newly generated keys. Note, all fields are automatically mapped, so no need for further adjustment.

On the last step, click Start Sync to import existing customers.

WooCommerce Segment

Once the integration is setup Encharge will create a pre-defined Segment that will help with data organization.

Syncing with WooCommerce - All WooCommerce customers passed through the Sync.

Sync health

In your Encharge account, go to Settings > Data Sync.

On this page, you'll be able to see the current Sync status and the total number of Customers in sync.

WooCommerce Automation Triggers

Once the integration is live, you'll have access to 2 separate triggers: New WooCommerce Customer and New WooCommerce Order.

Both triggers can be found on the left panel inside a flow.
