Test Emails End Up in Spam or Display a Warning
You might have received an Encharge test email in your Spam folder along with a warning message similar to the one below:
When your test emails land in Spam, usually it's due to one of the following reasons:
The sender and the recipient have the same email address
To fix this send test emails to another email address or set up email authentication.
To send a test email to another email address click on the arrow next to the "Send test" button, then click on "Send test to":
You will be prompted to enter one or more email addresses. You can enter up to 10 email addresses separated by commas:
The domain you are sending from does not allow unauthorized email
