Trigger - New HubSpot Contact
This trigger adds any new HubSpot contacts to a Flow in Encharge.
Connecting HubSpot
Before you can use this trigger you need to connect your HubSpot account to Encharge. To do that go to your apps, select HubSpot, click on Connect and log inто your HubSpot account. Finally, authorize Encharge.
Note that you can currently have just one HubSpot account connected to Encharge.
Alternatively, you can connect HubSpot directly from the New HubSpot Contact step.
How to set up New HubSpot Contact trigger?
No setup is required on this trigger step; simply connect it to an action and activate the Flow.
How to map HubSpot fields to Encharge?
To map fields from HubSpot go to your apps page, click on HubSpot, and then select the Map Fields tab. Note that for the HubSpot integration you only need to map your fields once – any HubSpot-related steps in the Flow builder will use that mapping.
Common questions
Will this trigger automatically import existing contacts from HubSpot?
No. This trigger will only add new HubSpot contacts (e.g., after your Flow is activated.) To add existing HubSpot contacts export contacts from HubSpot and import them in Encharge.
If I import contacts to HubSpot will they enter a Flow through this trigger?
Yes.
