Trigger - HubSpot Deal Stage Match
This trigger adds a contact associated with a HubSpot deal to a Flow in Encharge if the deal stage matches your condition.
- Both newly created and existing deals will trigger this step if their stage changes to match your condition.
- A deal should have an associated contact. You can add a contact to a deal in HubSpot from here:
If a deal does not have an associated contact, Encharge will attempt to get a contact from the company associated with the deal.
Before you can use this trigger you need to connect your HubSpot account to Encharge. To do that go to your apps, select HubSpot, click on Connect and log inто your HubSpot account. Finally, authorize Encharge.
Note that you can currently have just one HubSpot account connected to Encharge.
Alternatively, you can connect HubSpot directly from the HubSpot Deal Stage Match step.
How to set up HubSpot Deal Stage Match trigger?
First, select a Pipeline from HubSpot:
Then, select a deal stage from that pipeline:
Any contacts associated with a deal which stage changes to the selected stage, will be added to the Flow going forwards.
Finally, connect the trigger step to an action step or a filter step connected to an action:
How to map HubSpot fields to Encharge?
To map fields from HubSpot go to your apps page, click on HubSpot, and then select the Map Fields tab. Note that for the HubSpot integration you only need to map your fields once – any HubSpot-related steps in the Flow builder will use that mapping.
Will this trigger import contacts from existing HubSpot deals that match the condition?
No. This trigger will only add contacts from deals that stage changes going forward (i.e, after the Flow is activated). To add existing HubSpot contacts export contacts from HubSpot and import them in Encharge.
