Action - Add Intercom Tag
This action adds a tag to a lead or user in Intercom.
Encharge looks for the person to tag by the following person properties:
- Intercom.id
- userId
The tag is applied only if a matching contact is found.
Connecting Intercom
Before you can use this action you need to connect your Intercom account to Encharge. To do that go to your apps, select Intercom, click on Connect and log inто your Intercom account. Finally, authorize Encharge.
Note that you can currently have just one Intercom account connected to Encharge.
Alternatively, you can connect Intercom directly from the Add Intercom Tag step.
How to set up Add Intercom Tag step?
Click on the step and select the Intercom that you'd like to add. Then, click on Save.
