Action - Change HubSpot Deal Stage

This action updates the stage of an existing HubSpot deal associated with a person. 

Note that:

  • If there is more than one deal associated with the person, only the latest deal will be updated.
  • If there is no existing deal associated with the person, a new deal will be created.

    The name of the deal will be "New deal for {{}}" where {{}} is the Company of the person.

    If the Company field is empty, the person's full name will be used instead – i.e., "New deal for  {{}}"

    If the Full name field is empty, the person's email will be used instead – i.e., "New deal for  {{}}". 
  • If a person doesn't exist as HubSpot contact, they will be created as one. However, no company will be created. Also, no person fields will be sent from Encharge to HubSpot apart from their name and email.

Connecting HubSpot

Before you can use this action you need to connect your HubSpot account to Encharge. To do that go to your apps, select HubSpot, click on Connect and log inто your HubSpot account. Finally, authorize Encharge.

Note that you can currently have just one HubSpot account connected to Encharge.

Alternatively, you can connect HubSpot directly from the step.

How to set up Change HubSpot Deal Stage action?

First, select the pipeline. If you have more than one pipeline in your HubSpot account, you can choose to move the deal to another pipeline. Otherwise, simply select your default pipeline. 

Then, select which stage you'd like to move the deal to.

How to map HubSpot fields to Encharge?

At the moment, it's not possible to send fields' data from Encharge to HubSpot. In other words, HubSpot actions do not work with mapped fields.
