How to resend a broadcast to un-opens

This article will show you how to resend a broadcast to people that haven't opened the original broadcast.

Step 1: Create a segment of people that have not opened the original broadcast

You have to create a segment of people that have not opened the email in the original broadcast.

To do that go to the People page and Add a new Segment.

You have to add two Email Activity conditions. One to filter all people that have received the email from the broadcast, and one to further filter people that have not opened the email.

Note that you can also send the email to people who have not clicked. To achieve this, simply use "Not clicked" for the second condition.

Step 2: Duplicate the broadcast

Once you are done with creating the segment, head out to the Broadcasts page. Click on the 3 dots next to the broadcast and select Duplicate:

In doing so, the email of the original broadcast will also be duplicated and you do not need to go to the Emails page to duplicate it. 

Step 3: Select the segment

Edit the duplicated broadcast and select the newly created segment of people that have not opened the original email.

Make sure you have the right segment selected!

Step 4: Review and send your broadcast

Review your broadcast on the last step and send it.
