Action - Goal

This action step indicates that a person has reached a specific goal in the flow. For example, when a person has reached the end of a flow or has converted at a certain stage.

To set it up, simply add the Goal step after the step that indicates the person has reached the flow. In the example below a person has reached the goal when they have received the Visited pricing email:

When setting up this step, you can also choose the flow to end for the person when they reach the goal:

Tracking how many people have reached the goal

Once the goal step is set up, you can track how many people have reached that goal by visiting the People tab in the step:

You can also see a breakdown graph of the number of people who have entered the flow and reached the goal in the last 7 days by going to the Flows list page:
