Create a New Email
There are three locations in Encharge that you can create a new email from: The Emails page. From the Send Email Action Step in a Flow. And when creating a Broadcast Create a new email from the Emails Page Think of the Emails page as the email manager of Encharge. All of your marketing emails must include an unsubscribe link. To insert an unsubscribe link in an email you need to add a merge tag. No. All email sending is handled by Encharge. We have a partnership with the leading email infrastructure provider – Amazon Web Services (AWS). Because email sending is a huge part of marketing automation, we handle everything around emails inside the platform. This means we provide managed deliverability for our IPs. You do not need a separate Email Service Provider (like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign) or an Amazon SES/Sendgrid/Mailgun account to send emails.Few readersCan a Person Receive the Same Email More than Once?
In Flows, by default, people can receive an email only once. This is to prevent over-emailing people if a Flow is not configured correctly. If you'd like them to receive the same email more than once, you can enable that option in the Send Email step. Just switch on the "People can receive email more than once" option. Merge Tags
Merge tags (also known as dynamic tags) can be used to insert dynamic content into emails, subject lines, and some Flow steps (for instance, when you're creating a new task in HubSpot). Merge tags allow you to create highly personalized campaigns and journeys for your leads, users, and customers. Create a New Broadcast

Encharge has best-in-class deliverability. We take extra care of our email sending infrastructure to ensure the best deliverability for you.
