Action - Remove from Facebook Audience

This action removes a person from one of your Facebook audiences.

To learn how to add people to Audiences and create new Audiences please check the Add to Facebook Audience step.

Connecting Facebook

Before you can use this step you need to connect your Facebook account to Encharge. To do that go to your apps, select Facebook, click on "Continue with Facebook" and log into your Facebook account.

Note that you can currently have only one Facebook account connected to Encharge.

Alternatively, you can connect to Facebook directly from the step. 

How to set up Remove from Facebook Audience step?

Start by selecting your Ad account. 

You will see a pre-generated list of all of the available Ad Accounts in your Facebook Manager listed in the following format:  Business name (as written in your Ad Account setup) > Ad Account name

Then, select the Custom Audience – only compatible Custom Audiences will be available for selection. Encharge supports Custom Audiences created from customer lists.

Finally, save the step and connect it to at least one trigger. For instance, you can remove new customers from your retargeting Custom Audience.
