Send Transactional Emails
★ Transactional emails are only available on the Premium plan.
Transactional emails are automated system emails sent from one recipient to another. The most common uses included account notifications and transactional activity like password reset, account confirmation, order confirmation, event notifications, and others.
Transactional emails do not require a mailing address and unsubscribe link.
There are two ways you can send transactional emails in Encharge:
- In a Flow.
- Using the Transactional Emails API.
Sending transactional emails in a Flow
As a non-technical person, you can send transactional emails directly in a Flow in Encharge. To do that you must create an email under the "Transactional emails" category. Click on the Category dropdown when creating a new email and choose "Transactional emails":
You can learn more about email categories in the article on the topic.
Using the Transactional Emails API
The Transactional Emails API enables you to send transactional emails programmatically. You can learn how to send transactional emails with the API by reading the developer docs.
