Encharge Pricing Explained
You can find the Encharge plans and prices on our Pricing page.
Encharge has a monthly subscription price based on the number of Subscribers in your account.
What is a Subscriber?
Subscribers are all people in your account that have an email address or a userId, and have not unsubscribed from your emails. Also, all anonymous people that have entered at least one Flow.
What is an userId?
The userId is used to match users from your product (web or mobile app) to people in Encharge with the API. Learn more about the different types of IDs in Encharge.
Note that the Subscribers number could be different from the total number of people in your account which also includes anonymous people that haven't entered any Flows, as well as unsubscribed people (read the next section.)
What people are NOT considered Subscribers?
Below are the types of people in your account that are not considered subscribers and don't count toward your plan limit:
- Anonymous people that have not entered a Flow – People that neither have an email address nor a userId AND haven't entered any Flows.
- Unsubscribed people.
- Archived people.
- Deleted people.
Where I can see how many Subscribers I have in my account?
You can see the total number of Subscribers in your account on your Billing page – app.encharge.io/billing
To navigate to your Billing page click on your profile picture at the top right and select "Plan and Billing":
What happens if I cross my subscribers limit?
You will be automatically upgraded to the next pricing tier. You will be charged on your scheduled billing date.
Can I unsubscribe or archive people?
Yes, you can. Unsubscribing or archiving people will reduce the total number of Subscribers in your account.
The steps for unsubscribing or archiving people are explained in the articles about Unsubscribed and Archived people respectively.
Note that excessive archiving/unsubscribing of people combined with importing of new contacts may lead to your account being reviewed and potentially paused or suspended for suspicious behavior/spamming. We encourage you to build long-lasting relationships with solicited contacts only. Learn more about what we consider a solicited contact.
Event Limit
All plans have a separate monthly Event limit. An event in Encharge is a page visit, an API call, or a Segment.com event.
- For the Growth plan, the limit is 50 * Max number of subscribers in your plan. For example: 100,000 events per month for the first tier.
- For Premium the limit is 100 * Max number of subscribers in your plan. For example: 200,000 events per month for the first tier.
What happens if I cross my Events limit?
Your account will stop receiving Events. You will not be upgraded to a higher tier.
Unlimited Broadcasts, Flows, Emails, Segments, and team members
All Encharge plans and tiers come with unlimited Broadcasts, Flows, Emails, Segments, and team members.
What's the difference between the Growth and the Premium plan?
